As the Online Shop Administrator you would be working under the direction and guidance of the Senior Systems Support within Kukri's Systems Team. The team's mission is to develop and maintain Kukri's bespoke software products to create an award winning system that is unrivalled in its market place!
Main responsibilities:
- To ensure all online club/team/stock shops are accurately set-up and maintained according to requests from Sales Managers or other Kukri teams
- To work alongside the marketing, graphics and sales teams to create the best shop solutions based on timescales and specifications
- Assisting the Web Developer, where possible, to develop the website either within the system framework or outside of this dependant on requirements
- 1st line support for all online shop set-up enquiries
- Research into new technologies, architectures and techniques
- Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project is essential
- Playing your part in creating an award winning system
Additional responsibilities:
- Working closely with other staff such as project managers, graphic artists, systems support and sales and marketing professionals
- Other activities as required and directed by the company's management
