It's been an amazing year for Conwy Thunder Wheelchair Basketball Club who are celebrating their first birthday with a party this weekend! Though newly established, the Conwy Thunder Team have identified and produced a player playing in National 2nd Division who will compete against Paralympians, as well as a Junior who was selected for the Wales U16 squad.

Not only this, but they've also developed a Junior session in addition to the seniors, a spin off Ladies Running Basketball Club, and are looking to introduce other sections, including a junior running section!
